PLAN APPROVAL STAGE
Coordination with local architects during plan submission to local authorities till sanctioning.
TENDER DEVELOPMENT STAGE
Development of All Work Package Tender Drawings, All package BOQ preparation, Finalization of material & technical specifications, Cost estimate, development of project schedule, Preparation of Tender Document, Quantity Surveying.
PROCUREMENT & VENDOR APPOINTMENT ADVISORY
Assistance in shortlisting vendors and contractors, conducting agency due diligence, providing price and material recommendations, supporting negotiations and contract terms, resolving technical queries, and finalizing the scope of work for agencies.
DETAILED DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Detail development for Civil Package, Structural Design Package with structural peer review, MEP Service Design Package, Landscape Design Package, Interior Design Package. Development of Coordinated drawings for Construction on site.
SITE MONITORING & QUALITY TRACKING
Continuous site monitoring aligned with the project schedule, regular quality inspections, technical guidance for execution teams, proactive resolution of on-site challenges, and seamless coordination to ensure smooth project execution.
